Mozilla Invites Applications for Open-Source Internet Projects
Mozilla was born out of and remains part of the open source and free software movement. Through the Mozilla Open Source Support (MOSS) awards program, the organization recognizes, celebrates, and supports open source projects that contribute to its work and to the health of the Internet.
MOSS awards are available in the following tracks: Foundational Technology; Global Mission Partners; Secure Open Source Fund.
MOSS applications are accepted on a rolling basis and are reviewed monthly by an expert selection panel. Reviewers include current Mozilla staff, senior Mozilla alumni, and other respected open source experts.
For more information, a list of past recipients, and an FAQ, see the Mozilla website.
