Money Talks Edu is a Philadelphia-based nonprofit focused on delivering personal finance education to K–12 students through engaging, culturally relevant programming.
We’re currently recruiting for two paid roles starting September 2025:
Site Directors – Lead daily operations at a school site, manage Group Leaders, and ensure successful program delivery. Up to $44,000/year (part-time)
Group Leaders – Facilitate engaging, hands-on financial literacy lessons and support student learning. Starting at $18/hour, based on experience
No prior experience is required. We provide comprehensive virtual and in-person training to prepare all team members for success.
Program Highlights:
- EmpowerED™ Curriculum teaches money management, entrepreneurship, and personal development
- Program runs 2 days/week per site, 3 hours per session
- Operates September 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026
- Aligned with the City’s OST goals for youth development
