OnTrack to Post-Secondary Education Workshops
Posted by Uncommon Individual Foundation on June 11, 2018
OnTrack to Post-Secondary Education is an online college and career readiness program designed to help students, parents, counselors, educators, and after-school program staff successfully navigate the post-secondary education attainment process.
As a supplement to the OnTrack online program the Uncommon Individual Foundation offers in-person mentoring and workshop facilitation for students and parents during or after-school hours.
Workshops are offered as individual sessions or in a series, tailored to the needs of the requesting organization.
OnTrack’s Assistant Director of College Readiness has experience working with youth and facilitating workshops for students ages 14-19 around high school navigation, college readiness, and professional/personal development.
OnTrack workshops are a gifted service of the Uncommon Individual Foundation (uif.org) offered at no cost to your school or community-based organization.
