Pennsylvania Association for College Admission Counseling (PACAC) Professional Development Committee presents Promoting Inclusivity & Equity, an online workshop series.
Topic: Cross-Campus Partnerships: Leveraging Student Support Offices to Further DEI Efforts in Admissions
Audience: Everyone

Presenters: Eric Thompson, Associate Director of Admissions and Coordinator of Transfer Admissions; Muhlenberg College
Description: Many admissions officers have information to share with students regarding the resources available to diverse students – few have been empowered to build meaningful collaboration between their offices. During this session, we will hear from Eric Thompson, Associate Director of Admissions and Coordinator of Transfer Admissions; Muhlenberg College about how they’ve bridged institutional gaps between admissions and offices serving their students of marginalized backgrounds. Attendees can expect to walk away with ideas as to how they can foster these partnerships to further DEI efforts in admissions/enrollment spaces.
