Online Strengths-based Leadership Certificate

Earn your Strengths-based Leadership Certificate this fall completely online! Your journey to becoming a Strengths-based Leader starts here. The workplace might look a little different this fall, but our most popular workshop series is here to ensure that leaders like yourself have the necessary tools to engage your staff and support strong performance.
Each virtual session consists of a half-day online workshop which includes small group breakout sessions followed by approximately 3.5 hours of online coursework which you complete on your own time within three weeks of attending the half-day workshop. Choose to attend just the workshops that interest you or sign up for the complete online certificate program. The first five workshops can be completed in any order.
Our fall workshop series is being offered in the mornings, evenings, and select Saturdays for convenience.
