Progressive discipline is a communication process that provides supervisors with the opportunity to give employees constructive feedback with the goal of providing the employee the opportunity to take corrective action. In this workshop participants will learn the 5 steps to progressive discipline, how to give constructive feedback, and apply trauma-informed principles throughout the process.
NOTE: You do NOT need to have attended other sessions in this series.
