Online Event: Trauma-Informed Supervision Part 2: Evaluations – Mar 30
Posted by Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations on March 21, 2023
Approach your staff evaluations from an asset-based perspective that fosters growth and development from within your organization.
Employee evaluations or performance appraisals are opportunities for employee growth and development. Too often they cause anxiety for employees and supervisors. They should be seen as a more collaborative experience that has benefits to the employee, supervisor and organizations overall well-being. In this session participants will learn how to prepare and conduct employee evaluations and performance appraisals using the six principles of trauma-informed care.
NOTE: You do NOT need to have attended other sessions in this series.
Date and Time: Thursday, March 30, 2023, 10:00-11:30 AM
