Join us for the sixth annual Penn Community Scholars Symposium: The Intersection of Community, Academia, and Grant-Making. This symposium offers insights into developing, pitching, and funding innovative project ideas that utilize community-academic partnerships, while offering an opportunity for networking among community, academics and grant-makers. Pitches are judged by a panel of funders and academics and the top three presenters will receive a financial award.
After two semesters of preparation, the graduates of the Penn Community Scholars Program will present their innovative ideas to potential collaborators and funders. The event will networking opportunities as well as a keynote presentation from Brendaly Rodriguez, Senior Engagement Officer at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI).
Join us for a morning of collaboration, connection, and a celebration some of the best community leaders in Philadelphia.
