Posted by Health Federation of Philadelphia on December 7, 2021
This event is part of the Health Federation of Philadelphia December Survival Skills – Resilience Project. Please share these free training opportunities with your members and your networks.
How often are we checking in with ourselves? Are we assessing our needs and wants as the seasons change and the year ends? What can help you deal with stress in a positive and healthy way? In this workshop, we will dive into what it can look like to create a self-care kit for yourself. Bringing together some of the things that help you de-stress and bring you joy. Something you can reach for whenever you are feeling overwhelmed and need a break. Within this workshop, we will discuss what it can look like to implement self-care as a daily practice or routine.
Date and Time: Friday, December 10, 2021, 1:00 – 2:30 PM
