Forbes magazine cited “strong communication skills” as the #2 attribute people need to succeed at work, indicating that solid communication isn’t a “soft skill” but rather an essential one for successful interactions with both internal and external audiences. On Thursday, April 21 at 9:00 am join us to learn ways to communicate with difficult people, approaches to difficult conversations, and be provided the opportunity to focus on specific ways to improve your own communication skills.
