On-Call Bus Driver
The Honickman Learning Center Comcast Technology Labs is looking for a bus driver with an active CDL license who is willing to be on call to pick up and drop off students that attend our after school program.
Essential duties:
- Complete pick up and drop off of students to and from designated areas
- Ensure safety of students during transport
Responsible for maintaining a valid CDL driver’s license - Maintain professional, appropriate and safe conduct with students who are transported
Ensure that all important information regarding the vehicle and the students is regularly communicated to the program manager
Keep an accurate record of each trip including mileage, destination, and occupants
Minimum qualifications: - High School diploma or GED
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Driving record that meets Project HOME insurance standards
- Van certified
- Prior experience working with at risk youth and young adults
- Successful completion of all clearances
