Maternity Care Coalition, a dynamic $8M nonprofit, works to improve maternal/child health and well-being.
We are seeing an Office/Human Resources Associate to be responsible for supporting the Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Office Administrative functions. Human Resources support includes the coordination and processing of timesheets and biweekly payroll; entering all transactions for new hires and employee status changes; processing background checks; maintaining HR records and files; supporting the administration of the health, welfare and savings programs. Accounts Payable includes coding and processing of AP invoices. Office administration includes supervising Office Assistant, overseeing office supplies purchases, administration of agency vehicles and other general administrative responsibilities in support of the agency.
The ideal candidate will have a College degree and 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Experience with ADP WorkforceNow (HRB, PayEx, EzLabor & ADP Reporting). Accounts payable experience desired, computer literacy including word processing and spreadsheet programs; must be familiar with vlookup and formulas. communicate effectively with staff and clients, work independently and meet deadlines.
