Friends Center announces the availability of approximately 11,000 square feet of office space beginning in January 2014. In keeping with the mission of Friends Center, priority is given to nonprofit groups dedicated to peacemaking and to fostering equality and social justice. We seek to create a center where groups working for peace and social justice can collaborate and support one another in their work.
Located on the first and second floors of our main office building at 1501 Cherry Street in Philadelphia, the available space has beautiful daylight and views of our garden areas. It is equipped with comfortable and efficient Knoll-Morrison workstations. Amenities include lobby receptionist, free access to conference rooms and event space, mail handling at reception desk, daily cleaning service, on-site child care, high-speed fiber-optic internet connection, low cost phone service, and discounted parking. The building was recently renovated to the highest standard of green building, LEED platinum.
We are open to considering smaller tenants who require just one workstation as well as tenants who would need a large exclusive office area.
