Office space available in UWSEPA building
United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking a non-profit tenant for 2,700 sq. ft of office space in its building at 1709 Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Center City Philadelphia.
The lease is available for $18 per square foot including utilities and the space becomes available in December.
