ASAP needs help locating a tenant for our current space, so that we can move to larger quarters and not break our lease.
We have one large room, currently with 4 desks and two smaller rooms, as well as a galley kitchen –787 sq. ft. Our rent is $1378 monthly, $16,536 annually. This is a great building at Broad and Locust.
