OHCD offers housing RFPs
The Philadelphia Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) has issued two Requests for Proposals (RFP).
OHCD is soliciting proposals to finance the development of rental units designed to serve low- and moderate-income households.
OHCD is also soliciting proposals to finance the development of rental units designed to serve low- and moderate-income households with special needs.
Proposals are due for both opportunities by 4 pm. on Friday, November 21st.
The RFPs are designed to assist in providing gap financing for rental projects that will seek Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), including Preservation Credits, from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) in its year 2015 Cycle.
