Office Assistant, Maternity Care Coalition

Maternity Care Coalition (MCC), a dynamic nonprofit, works to improve maternal and child health and well-being through the collaborative efforts of individuals, families, providers and communities.

The Office Assistant coordinates general office administration. Includes mail handling, routine copier/printer issues, filing, phones, reception and copier/print area, conference rooms, storage facility and related records retention; participates in various administrative functions, including data entry and processing bank deposits.

We seek a motivated individual with good organizational skills, computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite and database programs. The candidate must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, communicate effectively with staff and clients, work independently and meet deadlines. Position in Philadelphia at our Hamilton Street location.
