Resources for Children’s Health – Nurse. Resources for Children’s Health has an immediate opening for a nurse to work as part of a nursing/social work team in its HIP program. HIP provides home-based case management for families who have a child with special health care needs. The nurse will counsel families on health care issues and options, perform non-invasive screenings and assessments, review past records and other medical documentation for families, and provide referrals and linkages to services and resources.
