INSTRUCTORS – NURSE ASSISTANT TRAINERS (NAT)

The American Red Cross of Southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Registered Nurse(R.N.) ? Nurse Assistant Trainer. This per diem position requires a current Pennsylvania RN or LPN license and at least one year of long-term care experience. Train-the-Trainer certification is a plus, but not a requirement for consideration.
NAT Instructors will train Nursing Assistants for certification to provide care at long-term care facilities. Programs are either 4, 6, or 10 weeks in length. Day, evening, and Saturday scheduling is available.
NAT Instructors will also become certified in First Aid and CPR for the American Red Cross.
