Mass mailings are usually associated with junk mail and are generally ignored. The modern answer is Mail Merge. Mail Merge saves enormous amounts of personalizing time by eliminating the need to type in each individual name and address on every letter you’re sending out. In this full day course you will learn:
*How to create a database in Word, Excel and Access
*To import data bases from other programs
*How to create a Mail Merge document, envelope, labels, catalogues and flyers
*Formatting and editing merged documents
*Updating, sorting and filtering lists
