Friends-Here is your chance to bring your ethics to the market place. You can help artisans from around the world and NPIHN families at the same time, plus delight your family and friends with beautiful and affordable fair trade gifts. Please spread the word….. On Thursday, December 1st, 5-9 PM, Ten Thousand Villages at 8331 Germantown Ave hosts its annual holiday shopping benefit for Northwest Philadelphia Interfaith Hospitality Network, “shelter that’s not like a shelter.” 15% of all purchases will be donated to NPIHN. Can’t join us that night? Call the store (215) 242-3040 and ask them to charge a gift certificate during NPIHN’s shopping hours to your credit card. You can use it for holiday shopping at your leisure and NPIHN will still benefit. But….it will be more fun to join us on Dec 1st, and we’ll feed you too! Thanks for spreading the word to your friends and community.
