Health Opportunities Fund Now Accepting Letters of Inquiry

Under this fund, the North Penn Community Health Foundation will consider requests that address one or both of the following:

* Build the capacity of applicant organization to best position and prepare it to engage in systems change work,
* Implement a specific plan to improve access, coordination of service and patient care.

Letters of Inquiry must be submitted via the online system and are due by January 17, 2014.
