In FY 2008-2009, the foundation will accept proposals from non-profit organizations in four cycles with due dates September 5th and December 12th in 2008 and February 13th and April 24th in 2009.

Organizations seeking first-time funding are encouraged to contact the President to discuss how the proposed project might address specific community needs.

Organizations applying for grant support under the Foundation’s funding priority Strengthening Organizational Effectiveness and Partnerships among the community’s health and human services organizations, must include a copy of the organization’s Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT) report with their application.  Organizations that have not completed the CCAT may review the tool here and should contact the President, CEO to discuss the requirements for administering the CCAT.
