Nonprofits: Take this survey

The economic recession and state budget cuts have created funding issues for many social service organizations throughout Pennsylvania. The survey below, created by United Way of Pennsylvania and the Southeastern Pennsylvania Budget Coalition, is designed to help document these hardships. It will be used to inform policy makers about the effects of budget cuts on non-profit organizations during the state budget process.
Please take a couple of minutes to complete this brief survey. When necessary, best estimates should be used if precise figures are unknown.
