PANO Standards workshop set for Chester
The Standards for Excellence® Implementation Workshop will be presented by the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO) in Chester on March 14th and April 11th.
The program is funded through a grant from the HBE Foundation and is endorsed by the Delaware County Community Foundation.
The workshop will gather Chester nonprofits to walk through the essential best practices and legal requirements an organization needs to create a strong foundation in nonprofit operations and governance.
During the program, participants will assess which Standards they are doing well and which ones need improvement. They will also work on an action plan for improvements that can help create a culture of ethics and accountability.
