Nonprofit Strategic Restructuring Workshop with Scott Cotenoff of La Piana Consulting

Successful nonprofits understand and use a variety of tools to strengthen their impact. Strategic partnerships can be an important vehicle for positioning organizations to achieve mission success and financial sustainability. Through this session, participants will develop an understanding of the range of partnership options, the preparation needed and process to build collaborative relationships and formal partnerships that last, and the tools/techniques for assessing, negotiating, and implementing successful partnerships.
