Find Answers to Nagging Issues – At No Cost

Is there a nagging issue that you’ve been wrestling with that could be tackled with a brief discussion with a nonprofit expert? But where do you find an experienced, skilled nonprofit consultant who is willing to sit down and have a quick, free conversation?

The Solution: Speed Consulting

The Nonprofit Center at La Salle University’s School of Business and Regional Foundation Center, Free Library of Philadelphia, are collaborating to offer an opportunity for free, instant consulting on some key issues.

How it Works:

On Wednesday, October 7th, from 10 am to 1 pm, Nonprofit Center staff and consultants will be available in the Skyline Room at 1901 Vine Street, 4th floor Philadelphia, providing a series of free 20-minute consultations to nonprofit professionals who have been pre-approved via a simple application process.

Available Topics
You can make an appointment for a speed consultation in one or more (based on availability) of the following topics:

Governance●Strategic Planning●Leadership●Boards●Executive Transitions (Succession Planning, Interim Executive Directorships)●Fundraising●Evaluation●Human Resources●Marketing/Communications●Finance●

In addition, staff from The Regional Foundation Center and The Nonprofit Center will be on hand to discuss their services and professional development opportunities.

How Can I Participate?
In keeping with our concept of speed, we’ve created a simple form for you to complete and return by August 24th to Stean Wilborn, wilborn@lasalle.edu. If you are chosen to attend, you will then be given a specific appointment and must arrive 10 minutes prior to that appointment to guarantee it. We cannot fill specific time requests – we will provide you with an appointment within the three-hour session. You may request up to three consultations (be sure to describe each request separately) and this opportunity is open to any staff and board members from your organization.
