Nonprofit office space available at United Way
United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking a nonprofit tenant to rent space on the second floor of the United Way building at 7 Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia.
The space, approximately 6,000 square feet, is expected to be available by September 1st. Click here for a description of the space.

The Parkway building is a prime center city location offering many advantages including good first floor meeting room space. In addition to United Way, four other nonprofit organizations are currently leasing office space. The lease of building space helps United Way to lower operating costs, and maximize funds available for community investment.
