Nonprofit Institute at Penn

The Netter Center for Community Partnerships at University of Pennsylvania will offer The Nonprofit Institute, a free 6-day certificate program aimed at ensuring that organizations have the tools they need to obtain 501(c)(3) status and helping those operating non-profits develop their skills.
Workshop topics will include non-profit administration; grant writing; risk management; human resources; strategic planning; fundraising; logic model; legal issues; and volunteer management.
This accelerated program will be held three days a week for two weeks, October 29th-31st and November 5th-7th. Sessions will meet 9-3pm daily at the Christian Association at Penn, 118 S. 37th Street, Philadelphia. All classes must be attended for certificate eligibility.
