The Monkey & The Elephant – a non-profit coffee shop operating a transitional employment program for young adults who have histories in the foster care system – is seeking a General Manager to run day-to-day operations at their location in Brewerytown. As a supportive space to learn and grow, The Monkey & The Elephant provides paid work experience with intentional training and coaching. The General Manager directly supports the organization’s goal to help under resourced young adults acquire the confidence and skills they need to embark on their employment journey and transition into healthy adulthood.
