Non-Profits: Achieving A Big Vision
Posted by on February 07, 2011
Panel discussion focused on achieving nonprofit mission
Nonprofits often have a strong vision on how they can deliver enormous benefits, but realizing that vision is often thwarted by a variety of barriers and constraints that lie in their way.
The ClearView Group will present a panel discussion featuring three local nonprofit leaders who have been able to achieve major successes with regard to their own organizational visions. Speakers include Sister Mary Scullion of Project H.O.M.E., Jane Golden of the Mural Arts Program, and Jill Michael of United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
The panelists at Non- Profits: Achieving A Big Vision A Discussion by Three Leaders Who Have Done It, will share the thoughts and experiences they found vital to success and to offer advice on overcoming significant impediments including such things as insufficient funding, organizational resistance, and environmental inertia.
The breakfast event will take place on Thursday, February 17th from 7:30-9am at the Philadelphia Country Club, 1601 Spring Mill Road in Gladwyne and be moderated by Richard Binswanger, Principal of the ClearView Group. A donation of $20 is suggested and proceeds will go to the panelists’ organizations.
