Celeste has more than 20 years of social-work experience and now serves as Manager of the Free Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program at Thomas Jefferson University’s Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center. As a skilled and compassionate oncology social worker, Vaughan-Briggs provides vital navigation and psychosocial support to these women and men throughout their course of treatment. She is an adjunct faculty member for the Temple University School of Social Work and the previously with the Jefferson Community Health Worker Program. She has years of experience providing training to Philadelphia’s behavioral health providers on the impact childhood violence has on adults.

Frank is the Director for Behavioral Health and Lead Behavioral Health Consultant at Spectrum Health Services. He is responsible for the integration of behavioral health services into 3 primary care health centers. Frank specializes in assisting patients in self-managing chronic illnesses, including diabetes and hypertension; coaching patients for permanent smoking cessation; teaching stress management strategies; and helping patients effectively manage chronic pain and mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. Frank holds master’s degrees in public health and clinical social work, and a doctorate in cultural anthropology all from Temple University. Frank is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in PA.
