Next American City: Call for Artists
Accepting applications through October
Next American City is seeking artists to contribute work to fill their Storefront window, a 12” x 12” area that can accommodate two- or three-dimensional installations. Each exhibit will occupy their front window for a period of three to six weeks, and must relate to the following topics: The built environment and infrastructure; access and equity; culture and identity; and sustainable communities. NAC can offer a small honorarium, depending on the effort and materials required for each piece. There are plans to host an opening event for each exhibition. Artists interested in applying should send an email to [email protected] with “Storefront Art” in the subject line.
