The Center for the Health Professions has developed a Strategic Planning Workbook, which is a tool that provides health organizations with an opportunity to reconsider their presuppositions about the changing health system and about their role within it. The workbook also offers a mechanism for the development of actionable strategies in response to the shifting health landscape.
