New Website: Housing Regulatory Barriers Clearinghouse
Posted by on January 21, 2005
The Regulatory Barriers Clearinghouse-RBC is a formal avenue for affordable housing participants to report on and solution through the obstacles and barriers to affordable development. Both the database and newsletter can prove to be useful and serve to join affordable housing advocates across the country who experience identical barriers. A Regulatory Barrier can be any rule, code, regulation, ordinance at any level of government (even HUD) or other entity that appears to impede in some measure affordable development. The more information on barriers that is reported the more the obstacles can be addressed.
