New Website for Spanish speaking home buyers
Posted by on October 31, 2003
On November 1, 2003 a new website (http://www.micasaprestamos.com will be launched to assist prospective Spanish speaking home buyers. What is unique about this website is that it will provide Spanish speaking individuals access to the names and addresses of Spanish speaking mortgage professionals across the country. In addition to a city by city location of Spanish speaking loan officers there will also be information about how to buy a home, affordable homes, credit management programs and down payment assistance availability in each state. The information, such as how to buy a home, will focus on the difficulties the Hispanic community encounters when trying to make their first home purchase.
When launched the website will provide access to down payment assistance programs available at the state government level but I would also like to make available down payment assistance programs that are available at the city government level. Many of you that read this list are involved in down payment assistance programs across the USA and I would very much appreciate any information or suggestions about where I can get the information so that links can be established on the website. In case you were wondering using the http://www.micasaprestamos.com/ website is free for the consumer.
