New Website for Girls
Posted by on November 1, 2002
Often, unhealthy relationships start very early: the best approach seems to be to give girls tools to develop good values and healthy sense of self. It is very tough for girls to sift through the muck of messages and experiences in our contemporary society. That’s why the new website GirlsAllowed was developed.
The idea of GirlsAllowed is simple. Girls are allowed to be themselves, like themselves, be treated with respect and valued for their own qualities. It was developed specifically for the 11-15 age range.
The objective of GirlsAllowed is to provide young girls with information, food for thought and resources that can help them identify, build and maintain healthy relationships as they go through life. Equally important girls can learn how to identify and avoid unhealthy relationships.
Please check it out for yourself, an definitely send it on to girls in your life! http://www.girlsallowed.org
