New Website and Listserv: Greater Philly Environmental Network
Posted by on July 15, 2005
We have met or been on other email distribution lists together, etc. and I understand you are interested in open space preservation, green building, and/or other environmental-related issues that make Southeastern PA a great place to live, and ways we can improve and preserve the quality of life in our region.
I have taken the liberty to subscribe you to my new email list, which is a precursor to the Greater Philly Environmental Network (GPEN, pronounced “gee-pen”). GPEN will be a nonprofit search engine, news service, and marketing vehicle for “All Things Environmental” in Southeastern PA, and will be located at http://www.GPEN.org beginning late 2005 or early 2006. Beginning Summer 2005 and until the web site and email newsletter are fully functional we will be sending our emails through this yahoo group, no more than 2-3 times per month in a newsletter format with me, Sherry Riesner, as the moderator.
