New Website: America’s Affordable Communities Initiative

America’s Affordable Communities Initiative website is intended to serve as an Affordable Housing Resource for anyone developing or seeking to develop affordable housing. In particular recognizing successful proven strategies of interest to builders, architects, planners, zoning and code officials, forprofit and nonprofit developers who are looking to build successful affordable housing in communities that may be resistant to this type of housing.
