New Volunteer Web Portal from United Way

United Way launches new volunteer web portal!
Volunteerism is at the core of United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey’s mission. Throughout our region, more than 10,000 United Way volunteers are changing lives and transforming communities. And now, there’s an even simpler way to give of your time and talent.
United Way is excited to introduce our new online volunteer portal that makes it simple for volunteers to find opportunities that suit them and for nonprofit organizations to find motivated volunteers. Organizations can promote your mission, volunteer opportunities, community building events, in-kind donation needs and public policy initiatives to recruit dedicated volunteers and raise awareness of community issues. Volunteers have the ability to flag their favorite organizations, track volunteer hours and recruit colleagues or friends for a group volunteer project.
We encourage you to create a volunteer profile or recruit volunteers for your nonprofit organization by creating an agency profile. Get started today by visiting http://volunteer.unitedforimpact.org. For additional information, please contact United Way’s volunteer hotline at [email protected] or 215-665-2501.
