New Restorative Justice Microcredential Program Info Session – Jun 16
Posted by Temple University on June 9, 2026
What does a culture of connectivity look like? How can we keep each other safe? What is justice? Restorative justice (RJ) offers a bold vision for a transformed society, where building robust community shapes how we experience interconnectedness, repair harm, solve problems, and cultivate collective thriving.
You’re invited to participate at no cost in the inaugural cohort of Temple University’s restorative justice microcredential. Join us to develop a foundational understanding of RJ, practice transferrable facilitation skills for leading restorative circles, learn about Philadelphia’s restorative practitioner community, and consider how you can contribute to a citywide restorative movement. Everyone is welcome to this accessible program, though educators in PreK-12 and higher education settings and members of the North Philadelphia community will be prioritized for this pilot year’s enrollment. Hybrid classes run four Thursday evenings in July and twelve Thursday evenings in the fall semester.
Interested? Read more and apply here by June 26th, and/or join us for an info session on June 16th at 5:30 PM via Zoom.
