New reports: college access in Philadelphia

The West Philadelphia College Ambassadors have completed their assessment of the postsecondary support systems available to young African-American men in West Philadelphia.
First Person’s second outreach team, the College Ambassadors continue to put forth a new youth-centered framework for helping us to understand what they need to make it to college – and continue to grade our city’s ability to deliver it for them.
