New Report: War and Poverty: How Wars Overseas Fuel Inequity At Home

A new report from The Center for Law and Social Policy (CLASP) examines the impact the war in Iran is having on struggling families at home. U.S. intervention in foreign countries can have long-lasting and irrevocable consequences, both here and abroad. Since the Trump Administration launched military strikes in Iran on February 28, the human and economic toll has been high. Hundreds of lives have been lost and scores of families in Iran have been displaced from their homes. And in the U.S., many people are struggling with a higher cost of living that could push individuals and families into economic insecurity.
