New Report: Emerging Issues in Election Reform

The League of Women Voters, in partnership with the McCormick Tribune Foundation, convened experts from different backgrounds — Congressional staff, academicians, election officials, members of the media, and leaders of public interest organizations and foundations — to discuss election reform. This report, Emerging Issues in Election Reform, summarizes the two days of dialogue, and brings to light the complexities of the Help America Vote Act (HAVA).
