New Report: Children need access to computer skills

Young workers with 21st century e-skills will likely prosper in the new economy. But, according to this Kids Count Snapshot report, kids in underserved communities, where home computers and Internet connections are a rarity, will likely be even more disconnected from the computer skills they need for good jobs.
