New Program: Building Organizational Resilience During Times of Change – Mar 31
Posted by Bryn Mawr College on March 1, 2022
A new program from the Nonprofit Executive Leadership Institute:
Building Organizational Resilience During Times of Change
Creating change takes creativity, courage, and resilience. This has been especially true as we experienced the consequences of the pandemic on our organizations. We have witnessed tremendous civic unrest, responded to demands for increasing equity, and wrestled with economic instability.
The Nonprofit Executive Leadership Institute created this new program to support you, your staff, and your Board in navigating change as you move into the future. Together we will explore what you learned over the past few years and how to apply that knowledge to new organizational opportunities and challenges. We offer training in core skills that are critical to your organization’s long-term sustainability. Our faculty hold a deep understanding of the realities of nonprofit life. Join a strong community of peers, who support one another and challenge each other to grow!
Scholarships are available. Our application deadline is Thursday, March 31, 2022.
Our program will be offered online from 9 AM to 1 PM on:
- Wednesday and Thursday | April 13, 14
- Thursday and Friday | April 28, 29; May 19, 20; June 16, 17
To learn more, sign up for one of our Conference Calls. Or contact Margie DuBrow, Director, to set up an individual call at mdubrow@brynmawr.edu. We look forward to hearing from you!
