Public Policy Lab (PPL) has released a new policy brief authored by Kathy Hirsh-Pasek (Temple University and The Brookings Institution), Elias Blinkoff (Temple University), Helen Shwe Hadani (The Brookings Institution), and Roberta Michnick Golinkoff (University of Delaware). The brief examines the COVID-19 pandemic and the need for education reform.
