New Podcast: Service-Learning and Experiential Education AERA
Posted by American Educational Research Association on November 19, 2019
We are so excited to announce the launch of our very first podcast, SLEE041. This podcast is produced by the AERA Service-Learning and Experiential Education SIG and co-hosted by SIG Chair, Dr. Christian Winterbottom (University of North Florida) and Program Chair, Dr. Amanda Hall (Virginia Commonwealth University), and each weekly episode will highlight an interview with a faculty/staff/researcher, community partner, or student who is teaching, learning, and/or researching within the field(s) of SLEE! Our goal is to bring recognition and representation to the amazing work happening in communities and PK-20 institutions locally, nationally, and abroad by highlighting the stories, connections, impacts, and challenges of the work we do from a variety of SLEE perspectives and disciplines.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE FEATURED ON THE PODCAST (or know a colleague, student, and/or community partner that should be featured), please contact Amanda Hall at hallaf2@vcu.edu.
