New Paper: Staff Development and Leadership

I am very pleased to announce the availability of a new paper from Moshe ben Asher, a regular COMM-ORG contributor. “Staff Development and Leadership” is, for me, a very practical paper. I’ve seen work on leadership development and staff development, but not usually anything linking the two.
