New Paper: Neighborhood Strengthening through Community Building

I am very pleased to announce the availability of a new COMM-ORG paper by Suzanne M. Singh:
“Neighborhood Strengthening through Community Building”
As the field of community work becomes more and more diverse, this paper explores the community-building model in theory and in practice in Louisville, Kentucky.
